Lou Pendas founded The Pendas Law Firm in 2004 after years of watching accident victims struggle with poor legal representation and the financial fallout of missed paychecks and mounting medical bills. A graduate of the University of Central Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and has practiced personal injury law in Florida for more than two decades. Mr. Pendas previously represented insurance companies, giving him firsthand insight into how carriers evaluate and resist claims, insight he now uses to secure better outcomes for injury attorney clients. He is fluent in English and Spanish and practices in automobile negligence, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability.
